How to submit?
-To submit, log in on this website using your Scienceconf user account.
-If you don't already have a Scienceconf account, create one by clicking the arrow next to the Login button on the top right corner of this page.
-First name, last name, email address and password will be asked.
-You should then be able to connect to the website using your Scienceconf ID that is automatically given by the website administration (FirstnameLastname. eg. PatrickWebster) and the password you have chosen.
-Abstracts should be written in English and are limited to 2 500 characters. A textfield, in the submission form, allows you to copy paste your abstract.
-Choose whether you submit a short talk or a poster.
-One participant may submit several abstracts.
-Abstract submission is not admitted when attending online (online rate).
-Abstracts for short talks will be selected by the Scientific committee. Submission, registration and payment has to done by April 18th in order to be eligible.
Selection will be announced by e-mail to each applicant around April 25th.
Abstracts not retained for a short talk are welcome to present a poster instead.
-Abstracts for posters are all welcome. There is no selection. Deadline to submit is May 13th.
Full registration process including payment of fees will have to be completed in order to participate.
